Online Gallery
You’ll gain access to your images via an online gallery (available time upon agreement), providing you with the convenience of unlimited downloads to easily save, print, or share your high-resolution shots.
Print Release
With every gallery, we provide a print release, granting you the freedom to print and share your photos as you wish. It’s our way of ensuring you have full control over your cherished memories.
Travel Fee
Additional charges for travel may apply depending on your location outside the Lisbon area. These fees will be included in your total cost. If applicable, this would be discussed and agreed upon before a contract is sent your way.
Studio Fee
In the event that studio facilities are necessitated, an additional studio fee shall be added to your overall total. If a studio is required, you’ll receive a guide full of my favorite studios, detailing features and pricing for each so we can make the choice for what meets the needs of your session.
Mini Session Policy
Mini sessions are scheduled at specific locations and have limited timeslots allocated to them. Due to these constraints, mini sessions are non-refundable.
To receive advance notification of mini sessions, please complete the form to join the waitlist. By doing so, you will gain exclusive early access to reserve a timeslot before they become available to the general public.
Extended Family Session
Please don’t hesitate to reach out to me regarding customized rates for family sessions involving more than 10 individuals. Managing larger groups requires additional attention to detail in terms of posing, coordination, and planning, which may necessitate adjustments to the pricing structure. Your understanding is appreciated as I try to make sure every member of your family receives the attention and care they deserve during the session.
Retainer Fee + Payment: Wedding Packages
All packages are subject to Portugal Sales Tax. A 50% retainer fee is required to secure wedding date will be applied to the overall balance. Full balance is due 3 days before the wedding date.
Retainer Fee + Payment: Non-Wedding Session
A non-refundable 100€ retainer fee is required on all non-Wedding sessions to secure your booking. Your retainer amount will be applied to the overall balance. Full balance is due 3 days before your session.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation by the client, the deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to the scheduled session date may be eligible for a partial refund of the remaining balance, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made within 72 days of the scheduled session date are not eligible for any refund of the remaining balance.
In the unlikely event that the photographer needs to cancel the session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, extreme weather), efforts will be made to reschedule the session at a mutually agreed-upon date and time. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided.
Rescheduling Policy
Clients may request to reschedule their session once, subject to availability, at no additional charge, provided that the request is made at least 72 hours days prior to the scheduled session date.
Requests to reschedule made within 72 hours of the scheduled session date may incur a rescheduling fee of 20% of the total session fee.
Late Policy
Clients are encouraged to arrive on time for their scheduled session. Any delay in the start time of the session due to the client’s late arrival may result in a shortened session duration. The session will not be extended to accommodate for late arrival, and the full session fee will still apply.
